Hi there! It depends on the brand and if the product is compatible with aqueous inks. The material spec sheet should be able to provide you with that information. What brand is the material? I would be happy to check further into this for you once I have those details!

@@grekori748 Based on our research on the Arches, it does not list Aqueous print compatibility. I would contact your supplier of Arches for more information regarding that as that is not a product that we carry. Hey There! You should be able to change the Printer Mode by following these step: Select Menu > General Settings > Printer Settings > Printer Mode. @@Grimcoinc You obviously do not know how a print head works. if that 1 single nozzle gets clogged, which it will. those 400 microscopic holes in the print head will not spray any inks at all. Honestly any single nozzle print head for white ink is garbage. Because once that gets clogged, you can only print white shirts and will need to spend over $2000 to replace the print head so you can print white ink again for printing on colored shirts.

@@TryingToDoBetter01 We always wet cap our print heads, but that will only prevent the print head it self from clogging. White Inks sometimes clog in the ink tubes or print head manifold, depending on your room temperature.

@@thesmuuuuggh can you expand on that? I used to have a 310 and didn't have any delam issues. You're saying you are having issues with a 365?

@@bogeywins 100% have issues with my 365, but this is a widespread gen 3 ink issue, so it affects all 300 series HP latex printers. HP brought out the 700, 800, and now 630 printers with generation 4 inks that have literally separated the overcoat/hardener from the other inks and put it on it's own printhead and ink cartridge so that laminates will now bond to the print how they should. They didn't do this to help the consumer 'save ink' like they suggest, they did it to cover their asses. Type in hp latex delamination and check out some signs101 threads, it's a rather sad read. I promise you your laminated prints off the 310 are compromised. If you have any laying around your shop do a test pull - find a printed area, cut the overlam and flick it up so you can actually tug on it and watch as it doesn't hold. Reflective is generally even worse than standard print films, but it won't matter what substrate you use - if there's overcoat, lam can't bond.

pretty sure you already got a machine but as a r5070 owner i would suggest mimaki or if you must go with epson then the s606000

@@scott8193 - You’re right, it’s been bought’ed. A week ago actually. My whole thing is that we’re hooked on “latex”/resin’s curing time. Solvents have been screwing up the adhesive of our wrap film, so we’re done with that. Even the samples from Epson felt noticeably more aggressive on the solvent prints. Curious why you are recommending away from it. We saw the prints of the 5070 and the 60600 and the Solvent was by far much more vibrant and had absolutely amazing fine detail. The 5070 still produced better quality prints than the HP and the colors were where we expected them. We’ll probably buy the 60600 as our second printer once I dump this HP. I know the whole 4 hour print/cleaning thing with the 5070 is a nuisance.. but there’s been an update to get around that and we don’t think it’s going to be a big issue for us. We got $7k instant rebate and an extended 1 year warranty with our purchase.. so pretty happy with the deal. Anyway, looking forward to hearing what your experience with this printer has been.
